SongMeanings is great, but it’s not enough for me. For example, why is there a skillet on the wall in Tom Waits “Tango ’til They’re Sore”? I want some kind of annotated lyrics or something.

I actually love the Last Shadow Puppets! Totally different music than Arctic Monkeys, but still a great use of his voice with a more orchestral backup.

I totally agree! I’m, halfway through episode 4, and it just keeps getting better and more disturbing.

I just started watching. The show makes you feel so weird in that the styles are so amazing, but the substance is so disgusting.

I love it and am Netflixing away with episodes.

Don’t exactly know where I got the link to this blog, but anyhow…
Alex Turner is from High Green, Sheffield (north of England); I love his accent too! And he doesn’t have an awesome voice, but I think it has personality, you can definitely tell when he’s singing a song. If you like his voice you might like The Last Shadow Puppets, his side project

Pathetic. But in a good, inevitable way. I’m only thirty, and I’ve been pathetic for some time now. It occurred to me while watching MTV’s Cribs. I was like, “I thought they only went to famous people’s houses.” Turns out Zac Efron is famous, and I am oblivious.
